Westside Bus Service
We are excited to share that, beginning in the 2026-2027 school year, we will be offering afternoon bus service in addition to our morning routes! Transportation service will begin on Monday, September 14, and is open for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
Morning bus pick-up times may begin as early as 7:00 a.m., depending on your assigned route. Students in buses that arrive at Westside before the start of the school day will join before care at no additional charge.
🚍 Pickup & Drop-Off Locations
Bus pick-up and drop-off locations will be at designated parking lots. To ensure every student has a seat, each morning route will operate two runs. For student safety, an authorized adult must be present at the designated afternoon drop-off location. Students will not be released without an authorized adult present. Middle School families who wish for their students to self-dismiss will need to submit a Self-Dismissal Form via Magnus.

Families may register for 1 to 5 days per week, depending on your needs. Exact routes will be determined based on the needs of registered families.

Transportation service is charged monthly from September through May (9 months total). There is no proration for shorter months. June is included at no additional cost if the student is enrolled in the bus service for the month of May.
Registration
To reserve your student's spot, please register by Saturday, August 1. A $175 non-refundable deposit per student is required at the time of registration and will be applied toward your transportation fees. After August 1, registrations will be accepted on a waitlist basis, and students will be admitted as space becomes available.
Making Changes
To make changes to your child’s contract (including cancellations or schedule adjustments), families must provide 30 days’ written notice by emailing maryanneo@westsideschool.org. Notice must be submitted by the 1st of the month prior to the desired change. All schedule adjustments are subject to seat availability on the bus.
