Fourth and Fifth Grade

Fourth and Fifth Grade is a multi-age experience that provides students the opportunity to work with two teachers. In all of the disciplines, they work on developing each child’s independent skills, not only in content, but in the process of learning. Subjects such as Spanish, math and PE are taught with grade-level peers and the other subjects are taught in cooperative learning groups. The social studies/science curriculum rotates over a two-year period.
