Volunteer
Family involvement contributes to the richness of our community and directly impacts your student’s experience at Westside. Research clearly shows that a positive partnership between the home and the school has a powerful influence on a child’s achievement and sense of belonging at school.
We could not do what we do without the unwavering support of our families. Volunteering is a great way to get to know other Westside families, teachers and staff, and have fun.
Westside Parent Organization (WPO) opportunities are communicated at the beginning of school year as well as throughout the year as events come up. There are opportunities for ongoing roles that last all year, as well as short one-time only needs.
