Westside Parent Organization

The Westside Parent Organization (WPO) is the community building and parent & teacher support arm of Westside School. Lead by a team of officers and event chairs, the WPO plans and executes a full slate of activities and galvanizes volunteers. All Westside parents are members of the WPO.

 WPO funds events, including student assemblies and activities primarily from Pizza Day sales, Halloween Fest, event concessions, and revenue from Spirit Wear sales – all of which are lead by parent volunteers.  WPO funds are also used to fund school needs. This year, the WPO purchased athletic uniforms and equipment.

The WPO also supports teachers and school administration though organizing room parents, scholastic book orders, and library volunteers.
