Volunteering at Westside
Westside has many opportunities to volunteer. With opportunities in the classroom and on various committees, volunteer positions can include event chairs and other jobs like decorating, planning the Halloween Fest or Family Dance, setting up or cleaning up an event, and other fun jobs.
Volunteering is a great way to become more involved in the school community, and parents who want to volunteer can sign-up on various boards throughout the hallway, or email the WPO volunteer chair.
Parent volunteers are an integral part of the success of Westside. Not only does volunteering help immediate needs for events and classroom activities, but it also helps to strengthen the Westside community.
