Giving at Westside School

Tuition alone does not cover all the costs of sending your child to Westside. To make up the difference, Westside has two annual fundraisers – an Annual Giving Campaign and an Auction.

Annual Giving

Our annual giving campaign starts in the fall of every year and runs through December. Parents, staff, Board, and other school supporters are asked to give a financial gift to the school. These gifts are tax deductible, and help bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of one year at Westside.

SPIRIT Auction

Every year, Westside has an auction - Westside SPIRIT. Not only is it a great time for parents to get together at a social event, but it’s also a fun way for Westside to raise money. Parents are asked to attend the event, and to procure 1-2 items. This event is usually held sometime in March.

Endowment

Westside is committed to a diverse school with students from all income levels. Our endowment fund was created to provide aid to students who need financial help. We are still in the process of growing it, and will not be able to access it until it reaches a certain dollar amount. Donations to the endowment are welcome at any time during the year.

Other Campaigns

Westside is growing, and our facility needs to grow with us. Sometime in the next year or so, we will begin a campaign to make room for this growth.
